Description of Service
ruSure-Backups is an online backup service which allows subscribers to the service to backup up files to our storage location. The transfer of files can be done manually or on a scheduled basis. Upon subscription to the service the subscriber downloads a small application onto their computer, this application runs as a service and maintains a connection with the backup database server.The backup selections and restore selections are made by way of a web interface that the client logs into (members.rusure-backups.com).
Delivery
Upon ruSure-Backups receipt of payment an email link containing a link to the current ruSure executable will be emailed to the subscriber along with a private user name & password.
Refund Policy
In consideration of the Services provided to END USER by ruSure-Backups and END USER’s use of the Software Product, END USER agrees to pay RUSURE-BACKUPS by authorized credit card the then applicable fees ("Fees"), together with all applicable taxes. Currently, the applicable Fees are available at http://www.ruSure-Backups.com/purchase.htm . END USER has thirty (30) days from the date that any discrepancy appears in END USER’s statement or any invoice to notify RUSURE-BACKUPS in order to receive an adjustment or credit, after which time, all Fees will be deemed correct. END USER may cancel END USER’s subscription to the SERVICES prior to the renewal period by providing RUSURE-BACKUPS with five (5) days written notice by e-mail or letter.
Term of License
This license shall be in effect from the time END USER installs the Software Product or accesses any of the Services and accepts the terms and conditions of this license, and shall remain in effect for so long as the END USER subscribes to the Services unless this license is otherwise terminated. This license will terminate upon the conditions set forth in this Agreement or if END USER fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement, including failure to pay any applicable Fees. In addition, RUSURE-BACKUPS may terminate this Agreement without cause by providing you with fifteen (15) days prior notice by e-mail. END USER agrees upon expiration or termination of this Agreement to immediately un-install the Software Product and destroy all copies of the Software Product in its possession and/or under its control.
Export Regulations
If this transaction involves an export under the U.S. export regulations, the commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale exported from the United States by ruSure-Backups were exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. The commodities, technology and/or software sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.
